Road Surface Pathfinding Enhancement

A lot of players are using the new surfaces to make roads for trucks, which currently trucks pretty much completely ignore in favour of faster more curvy routes, If floor surfaces also gave say a 10% boost to vehicle movement because it isnt bouncing along rough ground that would also mean the pathfinding for trucks could take into account finding the fastest path VIA the road networks where applicable which would also keep the trucks on our roads more meaning less maintenance as intended.
They'd still be free to take weird shortcuts but where a faster usable road IS available would be nice for them to actually use the road.
