Dig Hole/ Simple Shape terrain sculpting feature

Can we get a 'dig hole' terrain sculpting option? Maybe also a 'make pile' option as well. Sometimes you just want to add a divot to the terrain, or a crater to a mountaintop.

It's not real in this game, because you need exits or you need to build a fuel supply inside. All this requires careful design.
