Ability to designate island wide dump regulations

The ability to prevent dumping a material anywhere on the island unless specifically allowed by a mining tower. Things happen, areas of control get moved around, trash gets dumped where I don't want it... I would like to say that island wide there is no dumping of X unless there's a tower allowing it explicitly.

This already exists in the game. Just click on the top left where it shows how busy the trucks are, and on top of the Vehicles management dialogue that shows all your trucks it has a "What can be dumped here" setting.

If you dont want an item to be dumped unless there is a tower allowing it,you can go into the dumping settigns and disable a dumpable resource (eg: Waste) and then construct a tower where you want a landfill. set the indidvidual setting for that to be Waste and nothing else. once you set up the landfill designation, trucks will ONLY be allowed to dump Waste there. they will have to go somewhere else if they have other resources. This allows carefull control of where stuff gets disposed of.

Farthermore, if you want a tower to only use a particular dumping site,research Advanced Logistics Control to unlock custom routes. this will allow you to set exact Import/Export routes. you can click on a tower and tell it to Export only to another tower that manages dumping. You can even set up exact dumps for each resource! now the Rock from your coal mine wont be dumped in your Rock landfill,it will be dumped in a speical location!
