Add a small notepad icon, it will help to note down the future plans.
(For example if I’m dealing with train stuff and something pops up in mind to do with the trade, before finishing the train stuff an alert pops excavator is stuck. All the focus goes there and trade slipped out)

the pc you use has a notepad
you could grab a pencil or pen and some paper
if you can't focus your mind multi-tasking you will need paper and some sort of marking device. GL
