Industrial Shredder for resource destruction.

Id like to propose an industrial shredder machine that can be fed a finished product (Steel Plate, Plastic, PCB, etc) on a flat conveyor and reduce it to waste or recyclables. Building tiers could determine the input recipes similar to the tiered assembly plants.
This machine would be equivalent to the flare or burner for resource destruction of excess products.
Will not be able to destroy radioactive, hazardous, or similar items. Could produce pollution as a consequence of destruction.
