Ability to manage trucks from storage building

Storage buildings show if one or more trucks is "on the way" by showing "reserved" input/output space. It would be great to have the ability to do something like select from among these trucks in order to manage the storage. For example, if a medium truck is scheduled to deliver to an empty small storage, then the storage doesn't have enough free space for a haul truck to schedule a delivery there, so I might want to cancel whatever is making the medium truck go there first. Or maybe I want to see if any of them are planning to come from or go ridiculous distances to make their deliveries. Or maybe I just love micromanaging!

This shouldn't need to be done too often, so I don't think the specific mechanism is a big deal, whether it's like the highlighted lines import/export routes get, or like the current "assigned trucks" category but "active trucks" or whatever other label, or something completely different.
