Power Distribution System

The game should have an OPTIONAL power distribution system, where high-voltage power lines connect between substations. I think having the entire electric grid magically power everything everywhere on the map kills the "industry" aspect of the game. Also, a more challenging but also OPTIONAL mechanic on top of this is adding low-voltage power lines connecting directly to machinery, or at least a smaller low-voltage substation that hooks up from a main substation and distributes low-voltage power throughout the area in a radius or grid.
