Add option to build vehicles from Mine control tower which will be automatically assigned to it.

Now if you want to add new mine you need to first build vehicles and then add them to mine control tower, what im proposing is to add additional button (when assigning vehicles you have 2 buttons "-" and "+") that will add vehicle to building queue and after it is built it will be automatically assigned to that tower.
