A Pump to dry pump holes.

I found myself accidentally flooding a sand mine. Now my only way to recover that mine is to basically fill out the whole thing so that i can then start to dig it out again to reach the sand below.

Would be nice if there was a Water pump that can actually pump out that water into the ocean.
I obviously will have to make sure no new water gets in (maybe the pump shows an error if the area is not enclosed) but a pump would be a great Quality of Life addition.

Very often requested, but that would require adding water physics and lot of changes. Who knows, maybe it will be added someday?

I'd love to have that, to fill and empty holes, make way to store waste water, acid, etc
