Replace "Canola"/Rapeseed with Sunflower

Canola/rapeseed is only really used for oil and animal feed in the real world, to my knowledge. Whereas sunflower can and is used for both of these and as a food in itself, it could be used as an addition to potato and corn for loose import into food markets (severely lacking compared to unit imports) and as a replacement for the recipes that use canola/rapeseed currently. The recipes for canola/rapeseed in the game are not as extensive as other crops.
There is also the issue of canola as a name not being used much outside of North America and rapeseed can have a "Scunthorpe problem" when used. However sunflower is a universal term.
