Train alarms

It would be great if we could have more alarm options for train networks/lines. For instance, train waiting for free track for > X min. They're have been multiple times when I only find out they're is a long line of trains waiting at an intersection when my storage alarms go off. Could even do a "operation control center" or "dispatch office" building to regulate if you wanted.
