Network Waiting station improvements

I would like the ability to designate certain waiting stations as a priority, so that I can have smaller waiting areas on remote mining outposts that get filled first.

Similarly, I would like to see an improvement that causes waiting stations with less distance to travel to the pickup to get prioritized.
