Mod hub (And blueprints hub!) should inform users of updates to downloaded mods

Manually checking each mod and comparing version strings is tedious. Modhub already knows when I downloaded a mod, and knows when an update is posted, so some kind of highlighting of mods where the update happened after the most recent download would be nice.
Even better would be a dedicated page to list JUST the mods that have updated since the last download (and a way to remove mods from that list if you decided you didn't like that mod)
