Vehicle limit

Please do not make the number of vehicles dependent on the vehicle management, but on maintenance, fuel, and environmental pollution. I have too few vehicles on large maps

RollingStenVehicle limit is there because of intensive CPU cost. But you have trains (which are much more CPU effective) and belts - with that you need vehicles only as support for excavators, for dumping and for constructions.
