STATICS: ADD Average Prod/Consum last year and ADD Top Consumers/producers of any item

Add the division between 12 of last year's production and consumption data; this data yields an approximate production to consumption ratio of /60, as in all game data, which would be extremely useful. Additionally, add a tab where the top consumers (and producers if possible) appear because it would provide essential data for generating strategies. For example, where do I generate the most pollution? I start there first. Who consumes the most coal? I could replace them with another energy source.
