Add toggle for copying surface paint

Most of the time I do not want to copy the surface paint when I am copy-pasting buildings. It's annoying that the paint is always copied with it. Sometimes you do want the paint with it though, so imo add another hotkey button to copy paste that would toggle whether or not the paint is copied with it. (CTRL+C for normal copy paste with no paint, something like CTRL+ALT+C for copying the paint along with the building)
