Pause tool should show total cost like copy tool

When using pause tool on plans, there should be total cost shown, just like with copy tool. I often find myself selecting copy tool just to check out total cost of the plans, just to make sure I can afford it, or if there is resource I need for something else, or I know I cannot produce it in required quantity yet.
