Alerts for Flare Stacks and Burners

Ideally I'd never like to waste product, but likewise I'll want to make sure to prioritize another product even if doing so will cause waste of the secondary product. In this case, I'd like an event/warning when my flare stack and or burner are activated so I know that I need to do something in turn.

If I'd implement this, it would be an Alert that would show up in the top right and exist while the configured flare stack is active and the next 15 number of seconds after, with the alert timer being refreshed whenever the stack is active again.

Before it is commented, I know there are ways to alert the player if you use another storage tank and a priority balancer, I'd just prefer if I didn't have to use so much space for something like that.
