Max Power Use display

Add a simple display on how much power would be needed if everything were running at once (same as currently done for maintenance when you click a maintenance depot. I'd suggest placing it in the "electricity statistics" in the tab "breakdown" in, either in the header e.g. "CONSUMPTION (MAX 34.60KW)" (while at it, add the same to the production header...), or as one more list item at the top of the list. Another option would be to have it as a third line in the summary chart (quite frankly, this would be awesome for all items and not just power, still, power is where I'd want it the most). Or both :P
