Tunnel making drill

A drill which would replace the removed area with a drivable path and supports. it could take Wood or concrete to slowly carve through a mountain. Kind of how an underground railway is laid in real life.

Would be really nice to make tunnels for equipments and machines to cross big mountains. -

Final-FanI think it would be cool if the drill was a special locomotive that also laid track (slowly enough that the only practical use would be for tunnel track). Ideally it would be able to dig at all three railroad grade inclinations (0°, 12.5°, 25°).
