Intermodal logistics/mixed flat item transport
Intermodal module buildings for trains would make it easier to make more compact train stations for flat items by allowing one station to handle multiple flat item types. e.g. using 1 tier 2 intermodal wagon transport all 4-5 packed scrap metals between recycling & foundries instead of 5 item stations taking up 2.5x the space. Also can add an extension to intermodal stations (like connecting crossings) that allow trucks to directly export from train stations as opposed to adding separate unit storages for each station. Intermodal would also allow trucks to transport multiple flat items at a time between intermodal modules much like how trucks can contain mixed loose cargo but instead with flat items. e.g. having a single intermodal storage/module followed by sorters for concrete, plates, and wood to supply CP1 constructors as opposed to three unit storages. This could also make large trucks far more efficient saving 3 back & forth or add a mega variant of as a container vehicle
