New vehicles, new model of bulldozer and bi-train dump truck

A new model of bulldozer could be added for spreading material or leveling the terrain. This would facilitate and speed up the earthmoving service. A double off-highway dump truck, called a bi-train, could also be added. This would greatly speed up the transportation process without the need to add more vehicle units.
