Rework the fluid system to allow some kind of mixed pipes
Somewhat related to https://ideas.captain-of-industry.com/suggestions/642975/exhaust-scrubber-shouldnt-choke-on-co2
As opposed to belts, where items can be sushi-belted and sorted, pipes are fully locked to handle a single resource at a time. This can cause irregular cycles with boilers that output either co2 or exhaust.
I can see 2 competing solutions for this:
- either allow pipes to transport several fluids at once and have an internal belt-like queue, and let the player make sure its end supports all of those fluids (like flares or smoke stacks)
- or add a new "mixed" fluid resource that would need to be broke down to its subcomponents through some kind of distillation process
In both cases, such mixing may only allow some kind of combination of base resources, either out of practical handling (being able to be vented/broken down the line) or logjcally (don't mix stuff that would explode)

Too complicated - we do not mix liquids and gases in pipes too. There are several usefull situations (like for making rubber or to fill a flare), but we can do that already (just make sure that pipe segment is as short as possible).
