Glass Tier II Recipe seems over-powered
When using the Tier I glass recipe 50% of the output is broken glass and 50% is undamaged glass. When using Tier II glass there is no broken glass in the output which feels a bit like cheating. I think game balance would feel better if Tier II glass had a reduced but non-zero broken glass rate - maybe 25% instead of zero.

It is much bigger and costlier building, so it makes sense to work better. Level I returned slag in UPDATE 1 instead of broken glass, so they followed that logic with broken glass instead. But it makes calculations much simpler and it is good incentive to get to glass maker II ASAP.
