Add linking of sorting plants to storage bins

In a sorting plant, especially a large one, and with the "automatic sorting" option enabled, bulk materials are sometimes stored that aren't transported by conveyors. Alternatively, they can be forcibly excluded from the list, in which case they will be removed by dump trucks.

However, I constantly encounter situations where a dump truck is loaded with rock/earth and then can't unload it because there's no suitable storage facility, and all the waste piles are located in other zones.

It would be very convenient to be able to link the sorting plant not only to the tower in "import routes," but also to add an "export routes" section (like in storage facilities), where one can specify the tower where the waste pile is located or the storage facility containing the required material (with the option to select "only from there" in the target storage facility).
