allocate/partition dumping sites like storage
Would it be possible to allocate, partition, or otherwise reserve dump sites in the same way that filling and emptying storages are done? It's pretty annoying when I tell an area to fill in something akin to a pothole and suddenly 57 trucks (including megas) all show up full of whatever I'm dumping and then end up sitting there because I only needed a wheelbarrow's worth.

That's complicated, as they cannot know how much can be dumped there - because of materials can landslide. If i recall it correctly they do reserve concrete dumping tiles, so having less of them results in less vehicles going there. You can also make mining tower, set it to import only from specific storage and you can also set limited amount of trucks to that storage and disallow other vehicles to use it.
