There is reason why exhaust (and steam) cannot be stored in fluid storage or transported by vehicles/trains. They are both very hot (exh. scrubber produces steam from it), unsafe to store/transport and you do not want them to loose temperature.
Also exhaust cannot be kept under pressure, it must go from buildings freely. And steam produces power from pressure and storages are not made for that pressure and cannot produce it when emptying. -

FercurixLike flare gas?
As a refinery geek that would be great, but i'd understand if it is anoying to manage. But on a realism level it makes sence, it would ahve to be flare gas then tho, not just exhaust. Gives flares a better reason to exist. I'd would be a good idea to also reduce flare pollution then aswell with a bigger flare stack that requires steam like IRL. Also alows for fuel gas recovery from flare gas in the tech tree. -

RoboticSithAn extension of this would be to allow it to be transportable by trains. This would allow a centralized exhaust scrubbing facility to be setup. Trucks can already transport it and deliver it, so why not trains?
