i often see one storage set to fill and another connected storage (the output) (not set to give or take) is pulled from.
this means the ore just recirculates.
i request you prevent a fill from a storage container to another belt connected storage container.

And what in case they are connected by belt? Shouldn't that count too?
This case can be solved easily with setting import/export links. Just set to where it can be exported (or from where imported) and you are set. Or do not set requests on those storages at all and set it on all others.
