[QOL]Allow electrification of all parts of tracks

If you use the DLC and want to electrify tracks you have to destroy and then rebuild crossings and stations. while tracks itself can be modified to become electrified the stations and crossings cannot.
This makes it really annoying to start using electric trains as you also need to destroy and replace crossings which might be far from your factory.

Dies gibt es schon ohne große Probleme, indem man auf Schienen Elektrisieren geht da wird dann alles umgewandelt außer etwas (Rohre, Fließbänder usw.) geht zu niedrig über die Schienen.
