issues with trucks and trains, fastbuildning

at time pathfinding with trucks doesnt work as it should. such as if you are building a bridge to far from where it picks up material, it will ignore it.
Trains can at times get stuck at stations when its about to leave without any reson.
Fastbuilding with units doesnt work on some building, such as groundwater pumps, bridges
Bridges are way to finiky to build, its hard to connect to the other side. it wont show why its not working properly

Fastbuilding on pumps, wells and vehicle depots is disabled on purpose - as you could use unity to pump water/crude oil or make vehicles in areas otherwise inaccessible normaly.
