Reject Single Loads Based on Product.

Allow large sorting plants to reject single loads of individual products instead of the all or nothing.

I would say that large sorting plants have so big throughput that they do not need to reject single loads at all - this makes things less complicated.

Here's a workaround: You can use storages for exporting single-product loads.
1. Set up your mining area and build a Mining Control Tower
2. Build the Ore Sorting Plant (small or large) and select the materials it will take.
3. Build a Loose Storage for each material type. these should be availible for your trucks.
4. Connect the outputs of the sorting plant to the corresponding storages.
5. In the mining tower, set the sorting plant and the storages as Export Routes and reject single-loads in the sorting plant.
6. Result: Mixed loads will be delivered to the sorting plant. Single-loads will be delivered directly to the storages.

For materials that should be dumped, you can add a second storage directly next to the input storage (connecting the outputs / inputs with each other) and set to export. This way the first storage handles the import from the mining tower, and the second one the dump export.
