Add UI toggle to make trees invisable

Now that trees don't get in the way of building it would be nice to be able to see what we have built in a forest without the trees blocking the view.

Second this. Lining things up and finding that a complex section of the build is sitting inside a tree is absolutely horrible...
I shouldn't have to try and guess where pipes or my cursor is in order to set up this build.
