Adding a missing material type to the plant downtime statistics
When a plant is idle, I can hover over the red text and see exactly what the plant is missing (which, in fact, isn't at all obvious—I discovered it by accident).
These types of materials can, in principle, be seen in the recipes below; this icon is convenient, but it's not the only possible way to understand what's missing.
It's a different matter when a plant is currently operating, but the statistics show downtime.
I can't figure out what exactly caused the problem without monitoring the plant until it stops running again—which is silly and undermines the importance of the statistics.
It would be convenient to show the exact problem when hovering over the corresponding part of the column in the statistics. And yes, if different materials were missing, the tooltip would divide that percentage by two or three accordingly.

Similarly, for overflows, if there are multiple products (in this case, the tooltip on the red text isn't even shown).
