Definable position of the Info Windows in the Game Settings

By starting the game, the Info Windows are in the middle of the Screen. To change this. You have to drag all info Windows the a special position.
After a Game restart. The info Windows are again in the middle of the Screen.

This is very disturbing, specially by using an ultra wide Monitor.
