By starting the game, the Info Windows are in the middle of the Screen. To change this. You have to drag all info Windows the a special position.
After a Game restart. The info Windows are again in the middle of the Screen.

This is very disturbing, specially by using an ultra wide Monitor.

extremely annoying as it almost always pops up and covers what you click on

persistent window location for every single one we open and place should have happened a long time ago imho
