Control Tower Dropdown in Vehicle Depot to Assign Newly Built Vehicles

The Vehicle Depot should have a dropdown menu of the available Control Towers to assign newly built vehicles.
I saw the previous suggestion to add this functionality to the Mine/Forestry Control towers, but it should really be in the Vehicle Depot like it is in the Train Depot for train lines/networks.
