"Change belt direction" tool

Like the "change rail direction", but for belts. Right now, the way is to select each belt and turn each one separately. While the red "mismatched belt directions" alerts help in tracking which belts have been changed and which have not.
Related: https://ideas.captain-of-industry.com/suggestions/548233/allow-belts-and-pipes-to-be-grouped-as-one-contiguous-unit as grouping adjacent belts would make it easier to change directions even without any "change direction" tool (which would still be cool though)
